NOTE:  This concert was held in the Mercer High School auditorium due to the weather.
The Harrisville Community Band was established in 1965 by the late Rev. David Kennedy, who saw a need for a local patriotic band to provide performance opportunities for amateur muscians after graduation from high school and college.The band is comprised of 40-45 musicians from the age of 15 to 85 years old, two of which are original charter members.  Band members reside in Harrisville, Grove City, Slippery Rock, Butler, Sandy Lake, Franklin, Clarion, Plain Grove, Mercer, Hadley and Stoneboro.  See photos of the July 9th concert below.
