Hoge Bandstand."The Star Spangled Banner" sung by MCB member, George Miklas.The last MCB concert of the season, opened with "No Business Like Show Business".The weather cooperated and a large audience was in attendance.Tom Hunt, trumpet soloist.Mr. Hunt opened with "The Music of the Night" from THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA.Mr. Hunt followed with a great version of "You Made Me Love You".Assistant MCB Director, Doug Butchy, directed "A Gershwin Portrait" and the theme from "Raiders of the Lost Ark" - see video on this page."K"Keystone" was directed by guest conductor, Gary B. Taylor.Mr. Taylor is director of bands at Wilmington High School.The Ice Cream Social was hosted by the Mercer County Children's Aid Society Auxillary.Vocal soloist, Dr. Misook Yun, soprano.Dr. Yun entertained with "Poor Wandering One", by Gilbert & Sullivan.Dr. Yun followed with "Vienna, My City of Dreams".Dr. Yun's outstanding performance of "Summertime" was well-received by the audience.To celebrate the end of another highly successful concert season, cake was available for band members,  band staff and their families after the concert.
