John Hartman, 91 year old euphonium soloist, was an audience favorite when he played The Old Home Down on the Farm
Assitant Director, Ken Jewell, conducted Parade of the Tall Ships
Heather McConnell, Assitant (Student) Director
led the band's rendition of Downtown
The largest crowd of the year was on hand for the great music and perfect weather
James Piccirilli, bariton soloist, performed the Toreador Song, The Impossible Dream and Some Enchanted Evening
Mr. Piccirilli led the evening's sing-a-long: My Wild Irish Rose
Mr. Hartman returned to the bandstand to conduct Panorama USA
Director, Dr. Hendley D. Hoge, and the Mercer Community Band
